Welcome to the Metaverse

Think the Metaverse is none of your concern? Out of your wheelhouse? Think again.

Gartner predicts that a full quarter of people will be spending at least an hour a day in the #Metaverse (a collective digital world in which multiple people can interact at once) by 2026, and even if you’re not one of them, some of your employees or co-workers certainly will be.

It’s also likely that the Metaverse will have a direct influence on work. There will be opportunities for organizations to better engage remote employees through virtual workspaces, for instance.

For the leaders I talk to every day, paying attention to this trend is going to be important. We’re in the early days, but another Gartner prediction: by 2026, 30% of global organizations will have products and services ready for the Metaverse. Ready or not – here we go!
