Great Resignation as Catalyst for Change

What if the #GreatResignation isn’t just a mass exodus—but a catalyst for innovation?

Writing for Risk & Insurance magazine, Gary Grose suggests we consider those resigning from positions as employees thinking more critically about where and how they work. And in fact, this could actually be a really interesting and exciting time for employers and employees alike.

Embracing change will bring in new types of workers, who come complete with transferable skills from other industries. Yes, welcoming newcomers into an industry makes for more complex problems, but also teaches us how to solve them and leads to a more innovative and resourceful outlook.

Bottom line? Companies in every industry should be prepared to operate in all conditions—preparedness and innovation go hand in hand.

And if you’re ready to make one, you know where to find me.
