If you get consistent accolades for your negotiating skills, sales teams will always want you. Incredibly talented graphic designers are a hot commodity.

“But Tim, I’ll never be the best at anything,” you say?

You don’t have to be the best. You just have to be good. Get recognized for your particular talents and expertise, and you’ll get the job you want.
