If you’re an HR leader, chances are, you’ve increased the number of employees eligible to receive a cash bonus. At least, according to a Grant Thornton report, which says 68% of HR leaders took that step in 2021.
Other perks reported by HR Dive include companies paying for their employees’ insurance premiums and increased opportunities for self-development on the job.
In my work with clients across a spectrum of industries, I’ve rarely seen benefits come so sharply into focus as a hiring incentive, but they’re not the only thing enticing talent. Salaries, culture, purpose, and sustainability are all important levers right now.
