📢 Welcome to summer of 2024. Over the last few years, we’ve weathered the Great Resignation, Big Stay, Quiet Quitting, Great Reshuffle and other related work/employment eras. Where does that leave us?
From an employee’s perspective it’s essential to continually reflect on your career and make sure it aligns with your long-term goals and values. A recent article in U.S. News & World Report explores this topic and specifically lists 15 reasons to consider quitting your current job. Here are just a few:
